BNP Paribas CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking) is a department dedicated to providing financial solutions. It serves BtoB, corporate and institutional clients in over 56 countries.

Issues

BNPP CIB brings together a number of business lines offering distinct services, each of which has historically managed its own marketing strategy and website. In 2019, one ambition is taking shape: to centralize these approaches through a website factory. The challenge? To harmonize practices while preserving the specificity of each business.

Collaboration

We took charge of the entire project, from the design phase through to development - and now maintenance. Adopting an agile method, the approach began with an MVP, followed by several evolutionary phases. We proposed a unified experience around a Gutenberg theme. The challenge: import and standardize content from three different CMS. We supported the BNP team in the analytical follow-up.

Results

BNP Paribas CIB customers now benefit from a unified, optimized user experience for all their BtoB and institutional financial services. Internally, the switch to Gutenberg has been praised for its ease of use. The platform is more intuitive and efficient.
