To meet this ambition, Be API accompanied the CMA Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in the design of a tailor-made, modular and scalable platform. The objective is to build a unified basis for centralizing services, while respecting the diversity of trades and the richness of user paths.
A unified architecture, thought for territorial diversity
- Creation of about 20 Custom templates to meet the specific needs of each trade and service
- Design of a Gutenberg Toolbox comprehensive for autonomous content management, without sacrificing global coherence.
A user-centred navigation
On the navigation side, the new site has been redesigned to adapt to concrete uses.
- Implementation of guided journeys ("I am...", "I seek...") to effectively guide visitors according to their profile
- Deployment of a interactive map for quick access to local services
- Integration of self-diagnosis, facilitating identification of needs and referral to the right content
« Thanks to intuitive browsing, guided user paths, fun features such as quizzes and the search for profiles, this site allows us to strengthen our proximity to artisans while valuing our service offer. » Gaëlle Lambert – Head of Digital Pole – CMA
High technical requirement
The whole is based on a solid technical base.
- Targeted optimizations page per page to ensure high performance throughout the site
- Compliance with the RGAA level AA, ensuring a good level of accessibility for all audiences
Deep Interconnection with Salesforce
- Automatic assembly of forms in CRM for structured monitoring and rapid processing of leads
- Synchronization of products (training, services) to avoid duplication and keep data up to date
The result is a significant gain of time for teams, who can focus on their main mission.
