BNP Paribas ASC : Creation of a business application
The ASC, Amicale Sportive and Cultural of BNP Paribas, is the central platform for BNP Paribas' sports and cultural associations, open to BNP employees and their families.
Issue
In 2013, the CSA needed to digitize its services. The vision was twofold: to establish a showcase site for information and registration and, at the same time, to design a strong business application for centralized membership and activity management. Compatibility with existing BNP Paribas systems was crucial.
Collaboration
Be API has taken up the challenge by creating a public site and a robust business application under WordPress for members. From design to artistic leadership, from UX to technical development, this is a comprehensive project that we managed at the agency. A major challenge was to ensure interoperability with BNP Paribas user repositories, ensuring consistency with the group's existing systems.
Results
The entity now has an online presence and the application is a central tool for associative management, endorsed by committees at all levels.
This collaboration has sown the seeds of a lasting relationship with BNP Paribas as we continue to make changes to the project, including a redesign of the graphic design and an improvement in user paths.
The project is now monitored in TMA by Be API.
