Recast of INSEEC, common base for all schools in the group.

Type of execution

New technical base WordPress FSE designed as a parent theme for all the schools of the group.

Background

OMNES Education is a multi-brand education group, bringing together several schools under same WordPress platform shared.

We have been supporting the evolution of their digital ecosystem for several years. Redesign of the Sup site of Pub had already set the first milestones.

Next step: to lay the foundations of thewebsite factory, for allow for school-specific variations, speed up future deployments, and evolve the base without making it more complex.

Our intervention

We designed a new WordPress technical base based on the Full Site Editing. The choice of ESF is not insignificant: it gives editorial teams hands over virtually all the elements of the site. For live platforms, driven internally, it is a central lever.

We also translated system design into WordPress and industrialized design variables from Figma. This work was carried out in a mutualization logic: streamlining time, teams and costs on future deployments.

Finally, while the project is part of a global platform strategy, the specific objectives of INSEEC have not been set aside. Lhe key paths have been reworked to support lead generation.

Result

The new INSEEC site is online. But it is above all the platform as a whole that comes out reinforced. Future sites can be launched faster, with technical coherence between projects and simplified future developments.

A base built to accompany the group's growth over time.

The team has been able to support us in the recovery of an existing complex environment, while advancing on the establishment of a more structured base [...] which allows us today to be more agile and to better control our costs.
