Complete redesign of the Let's Talk HR platform, with the aim of aligning the site with its B2B media positioning while strengthening the technical stability and editorial autonomy of the teams.

Need

Media 100% dedicated to HR professionals, Let's Talk HR has established itself as an essential actor with a committed audience and regular editorial highlights. In order to continue to grow, the platform had to evolve: better embody its positioning as a B2B media, structure and enhance its content according to industry standards, and absorb traffic peaks generated by its weekly newsletter.

Our intervention

A complete overhaul of the platform was carried out around three complementary axes:

  • The UX/IU repositioning has resulted in the adoption of B2B digital media codes and better prioritization of content.
  • Technical optimization was carried out to ensure the stability of the site during peak traffic.
  • The editorial structure has finally been redesigned to enhance SEO visibility and adapt to new uses.

At the same time, a more flexible back office has been put in place to enable teams to produce and develop their content independently.

Result

The new site allows Let's Talk HR to assert its B2B media positioning, to ensure smooth broadcasting even during traffic peaks, and to gain editorial autonomy. The platform is now a structuring foundation for their media strategy.
