UNAF: Creation of a website factory
UNAF, Union Nationale des Associations Familiales, represents and defends the interests of families living in France, acting as their spokesperson before public authorities.
Issues
The institution's first challenge was to unify and modernize its graphic identity, while optimizing the ergonomics of its various websites. Unaf wanted to enhance the value of its content, integrate best accessibility practices into its platforms, and implement efficient resource-sharing solutions. The second challenge was to create a "turnkey" site model for its regional and departmental branches.
Collaboration
Be API first undertook in-depth UX work to understand and rationalize the needs of all entities, as well as a global recommendation on the infrastructure and hosting of the new ecosystem. We created a dual-faceted website factory , integrating numerous functionalities for simplified, more centralized management.
Results
UNAF now benefits from a centralized ecosystem encompassing all the institutional sites managed by the association, while offering a "turnkey" solution for local entities wishing to create their own website. The harmonization of brand image across the network ensures consistency in communication. The ecosystem enables efficient management of resources, balancing the pooling of essential content with the autonomy of local particularities. Be API continues to monitor and develop this platform, demonstrating the ongoing success of our collaboration.
