Global overhaul of the digital device, with the aim of simplifying the daily lives of teams and improving access to services.
Need
Megalis Bretagne is leading the deployment of fibre optics and digital services for Breton communities. With the growth of their activities, their two sites – institutional and services – needed to evolve: fluidize the contribution, reduce dependence on technical interventions and make interconnections with business tools reliable.
Our intervention
We have carried out a global overhaul, thought as a fundamental project to modernise the entire digital device while making the teams autonomous over time. Migration to Gutenberg has simplified the day-to-day management of content, while the restructuring of routes has improved access to services for users. Specific work has also been carried out on interconnections with business tools – eligibility, assistance, contact – to make exchanges more reliable and to streamline the processing of applications.
Results
The teams now manage their content independently, without depending on technical intervention. Routes are more readable for users, and business tools communicate better with each other. The set is based on an evolutionary architecture, aligned with the operational needs of a territorial actor such as Megalis Bretagne.
Skilled, involved and responsive teams, with precise processes that perfectly meet our needs, both on the redesign and in TMA.
