Specializing in the management of multi-supplier, multi-customer and multi-product flows, Staci uses its platforms in Europe to offer a pooling of resources generating added value to its customers.

Issue

In the face of accelerated growth marked by the acquisition of many subsidiaries across Europe, Staci found itself with a mosaic of disparate websites, both graphically and technologically. The challenge was twofold: unifying the group's image on the web while preserving the ability of each subsidiary to generate local leads.

Collaboration

After an in-depth analysis, including field visits, we developed a « website factory » Multilingual WordPress, allowing a synchronization of the contents between the institutional site and the websites of the subsidiaries. This approach was complemented by a sharp SEO strategy, ensuring that users are directed to the right content, in the right language, without interference. The solution adopted promotes local autonomy while ensuring overall coherence.

Results

Today, Staci has a harmonised digital presence, translated into 6 languages, with 8 country sites. The new platform strengthens the group's culture while optimizing customer acquisition. Thanks to intuitive navigation, customers can easily find the information they want, while subsidiaries benefit from modern tools adapted to their local needs.
